This three-day intensive workshop is a carefully curated, practice-focused floral design program. On Day 1, participants will learn commercial basic bouquet design and wrapping techniques, as well as large-scale bouquet construction and packaging. Day 2 covers table flower (centerpiece) design from foundational skills to advanced applications. On Day 3, the course concludes with festive flower basket designs inspired by Taiwanese seasonal celebrations, Korean-style bojagi wrapping techniques, and wedding bouquet creation, equipping participants with professional, high-finish floral design skills that can be applied immediately to real sales environments and wedding settings.

3일 집중 과정으로 엄선하여 구성된 실전 중심 플로럴 디자인 워크숍으로, 1일차에는 상업용 기본 꽃다발과 포장법, 그리고 대형 부케와 포장법을 다루며, 2일차에는 기본부터 고급 과정까지의 테이블 플라워(센터피스) 디자인을 학습합니다. 3일차에는 대만의 명절 분위기에 어울리는 꽃바구니 디자인과 한국식 보자기 포장, 그리고 웨딩 부케 제작을 통해 실제 판매와 웨딩 현장에 바로 적용 가능한 전문적이고 완성도 높은 플로럴 디자인 역량을 완성합니다.

本次為期兩天的課程內容，是根據過往課堂與實務現場中，學員最常提出的問題，以及多次表達「希望能進一步加強」的技術重點所規劃而成。
本課程並非制式化的教學安排，而是從學員在學習與實作過程中實際感受到的困難與需求出發，聚焦於目前最需要被強化的核心教學重點。
因此，本次工作坊最大的特色在於，課程內容不僅停留在課堂學習層面，而是能夠直接延伸並應用於實際工作與現場製作之中。

This two-day workshop has been carefully designed based on the questions most frequently raised by students during classes and real-world practice, as well as the techniques they have repeatedly requested to strengthen.
Rather than following a standardized syllabus, the course focuses on the actual challenges and needs students encounter in their learning process, emphasizing the key skills that are most essential at this stage.
As a result, the workshop is structured so that what is learned does not remain in the classroom, but can be immediately applied to real projects and professional floral work.

이번 이틀간의 수업은 그동안 수업과 현장에서 학생들이 가장 많이 질문해왔던 부분과, 특히 “이 부분을 꼭 더 배우고 싶다”고 반복적으로 요청해온 기술들을 중심으로 구성되었습니다.
형식적으로 정해진 커리큘럼이 아니라, 실제 수강생들이 학습 과정에서 느꼈던 어려움과 필요를 바탕으로 지금 가장 강화되어야 할 교육 포인트에 집중한 과정입니다.
따라서 본 워크숍은 배운 내용을 수업에서 끝내는 것이 아니라, 현장과 실제 작업에 즉시 적용할 수 있도록 설계된 것이 가장 큰 특징입니다.

第三天的課程將以呈現台灣新年節慶氛圍的花藝籃設計為核心。
課程運用符合台灣在地美感的籃型與當季花材，完成可直接作為年節贈禮使用的實用型花藝作品。

本次課程特別結合韓國風格的布料（褓巾）包裝技法，使花藝籃作品相較於一般設計，更顯精緻高級，打造具辨識度的新年花藝籃設計。

此布料包裝技法不僅適用於新年花藝籃，也可延伸運用於各式花藝籃、禮品花藝與高端客製化花禮，為實務現場中極具實用價值的包裝方式。

透過本課程，學員不僅能完成作品製作，更能學習如何規劃節慶與季節性商品，並以專業且高完成度的方式呈現花藝設計

On the third day, the course focuses on creating floral basket designs inspired by the festive atmosphere of the Lunar New Year in Taiwan.
Using basket styles that reflect local aesthetics and seasonally appropriate flowers, participants will complete practical floral works suitable for immediate use as New Year gifts.

This session also incorporates a Korean-style fabric wrapping technique, elevating traditional basket arrangements into more refined and distinctive Lunar New Year floral designs.

The fabric wrapping method introduced in this class is highly versatile and can be applied not only to New Year baskets, but also to various floral baskets, gift arrangements, and premium custom-made floral products, making it a highly practical technique for real-world applications.

Through this course, participants will go beyond simple floral production and gain the ability to plan and execute seasonal and festive floral products with professional quality and strong visual impact.

세 번째 날에 진행되는 수업에서는 대만의 명절인 신년 분위기를 담은 플라워 바스켓 디자인을 중심으로 작업합니다.
대만 현지 감성에 어울리는 바스켓 형태와 계절감 있는 꽃 소재를 활용해, 명절 선물로 바로 활용할 수 있는 실전형 작품을 완성합니다.

특히 이번 수업에서는 한국 스타일의 패브릭 보자기 포장 기법을 함께 적용하여, 기존의 바스켓 플라워보다 한층 더 고급스럽고 차별화된 신년 바스켓 플라워 디자인을 완성하게 됩니다.

이 패브릭 포장 기법은 신년 바스켓에만 국한되지 않고, 다양한 꽃바구니 디자인과 기프트 플라워, 고급 주문 제작 상품에도 폭넓게 응용할 수 있어 현장에서 활용도가 매우 높은 실무 중심의 포장 방식입니다.

이를 통해 수강생들은 단순한 작품 제작을 넘어, 명절과 시즌 상품을 기획하고 완성도 있게 표현하는 방법까지 함께 익히게 됩니다.

전 과정은 모듈형(단원제) 수업으로 구성되어 있어 3일을 반드시 연속으로 수강하지 않아도 됩니다. 필요한 날짜와 주제만 선택해 수강할 수 있으며, 전 과정을 이수할 경우 기본 꽃다발 디자인부터 고급 센터피스, 그리고 시즌 상품 디자인까지 플로리스트에게 꼭 필요한 핵심 실무 흐름을 단계적으로 완성할 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 수강생은 자신의 수준과 목적에 맞춰 효율적으로 학습하면서도, 현장에서 바로 활용 가능한 실전 플로럴 디자인 역량을 체계적으로 쌓아갈 수 있습니다.

基礎花束設計與包裝

上午課程將以日常訂單中最常被選擇、詢問度最高的基本尺寸包裝花束為核心進行教學。

本課程不僅僅是學習「如何綁花」，而是帶領學員理解可直接應用於實際銷售現場的
乾淨、完整且具有商業水準的包裝花束標準。

課程內容包含：

・讓花束看起來更整齊、俐落且有質感的
　乾淨穩定的包裝技巧

・影響花束整體印象的
　配色基本邏輯與色彩組合的流動關係

・從設計角度理解
　花材與色彩之間如何相互連結並達到和諧

這是一個看似基礎、卻最為關鍵的單元，課程重點在於重新建立花束設計的「標準」，
並將作品完成度提升到更高層次。

오전 수업에서는 일상 주문에서 가장 많이 선택되고, 고객 문의 빈도가 가장 높은 기본 사이즈의 패킹 꽃다발을 중심으로 진행됩니다.

이 과정에서는 단순히 꽃을 묶는 방법이 아니라, 실제 판매 현장에서 바로 활용할 수 있는

기본이지만 가장 중요한 이 과정은, 꽃다발 디자인의 기준을 다시 정립하고 완성도를 한 단계 끌어올리는 데 중점을 둡니다.

day 1 - Basic Bouquet & Wrapping

The morning session focuses on the standard-size wrapped bouquet, the most frequently ordered and inquired-about style in everyday floral business.

Rather than simply teaching how to tie flowers, this course guides participants to understand the professional standards of clean, well-finished wrapped bouquets
that can be applied immediately in real sales situations.

Key learning points include:

Clean and stable wrapping techniques that make bouquets look neat, refined, and well-balanced
Fundamental color logic and flow, which strongly influence the overall impression of a bouquet
A design-based understanding of how floral materials and colors connect and harmonize with one another
Essential practical tips and know-how

used directly in the field to create bouquets that feel cohesive and visually pleasing

Though fundamental, this session is one of the most important parts of the course,
focusing on redefining bouquet design standards and elevating the overall level of completion and quality.

大型花束設計與包裝

下午課程將聚焦於更為豐富且具有存在感的大型包裝花束設計。

以花材為主體，透過層層堆疊包覆的葉材配置，完成在特別節日、尤其是情人節期間最受歡迎的商業用大型包裝花束結構。

本單元的重點學習內容包括：

打造不易變形的大型花束所需的結構設計與穩定底座配置方式
運用葉材創造深度感與份量感的層次堆疊（Layering）設計技巧
以實際銷售為導向的情人節花束商業設計重點

專業單元｜保水技術考量台灣炎熱的氣候條件，課程中特別加入花束製作中極為重要的保水處理技術。

將指導學員依不同情況選擇合適的保水方式，並分享能有效延長花束新鮮度的實務技巧，確保花束在交付顧客的那一刻，依然保持最佳狀態的美感與新鮮度，讓學員能立即應用於實際銷售現場。

오후에는 보다 풍성하고 존재감 있는 대형 패킹 꽃다발 디자인을 다룹니다.

꽃을 중심으로 하고, 주변을 감싸는 잎 소재를 층층이 쌓아 올려 특별한 날, 특히 발렌타인데이에 가장 많이 판매되는 상업용 대형 꽃다발의 구조를 완성하는 수업입니다.

주요 학습 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

무너지지 않는 대형 꽃다발을 만들기 위한 구조 설계와 안정적인 바닥 구성 방법
잎 소재를 활용해 깊이감과 볼륨을 살리는 레이어링(층 구성) 디자인 기법
실제 판매를 고려한 발렌타인데이 꽃다발의 상업적 디자인 포인트

전문 과정｜보수(保水) 기술 대만의 더운 기후 특성을 고려하여, 꽃다발 제작에서 매우 중요한 보수 처리 기술도 함께 다룹니다.

꽃을 전달하는 순간까지 신선함과 아름다움을 유지할 수 있도록, 상황에 맞는 보수 방법과 장시간 유지에 효과적인 실무 중심의 보수 노하우를 실제 현장에서 바로 적용할 수 있도록 안내합니다.

day 1 - Large-Scale Bouquet & Wrapping

The afternoon session focuses on designing large-scale wrapped bouquets with greater volume and presence.

Centering the composition around the flowers and building layered foliage outward,
this class teaches the structural principles behind commercial large bouquets,
especially those most in demand for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day.

Key learning points include:

Structural planning and stable base construction to create large bouquets that hold their form
Layering techniques using foliage to enhance depth and volume
Commercial design considerations for Valentine’s Day bouquets, tailored for real sales situations

Specialized Session｜Water Retention Techniques

Given Taiwan’s hot climate, the course also covers essential water retention techniques, a critical aspect of bouquet making.

Students will learn practical methods to maintain freshness and beauty over time,
including how to apply appropriate water-retention solutions based on different conditions.
These hands-on techniques are designed to be immediately applicable in real sales environments, ensuring bouquets remain fresh and visually appealing until the moment they are delivered to the customer.

基礎桌花（桌上花藝）

上午課程將從桌花設計中最基礎且核心的技巧開始，非常適合剛接觸花藝設計的初學者，或希望重新打穩插花基礎的學員。

本堂課將重點帶領學員學習以下內容：

花藝海綿（Oasis）的正確切割方式、充分吸水的方法，以及穩定固定的技巧
適合桌花設計的花材與素材選擇原則
製作桌花時的基本流程判斷
（究竟應該先插花材，還是先配置葉材的清楚邏輯）
桌花的基礎結構、方向性與整體比例的掌握
初學者最常犯的錯誤，以及實際可行的避免方式

透過本課程，學員將能從零開始，獨立完成一件完整的桌花作品，並扎實建立乾淨、協調且具有完成度的基本型桌花設計能力。

오전 수업은 테이블 플라워의 가장 기본이 되는 기술부터 차근차근 배우는 과정으로, 플로럴 디자인을 처음 시작하는 분들이나 기초를 탄탄히 다지고 싶은 분들께 특히 적합한 수업입니다. 이 수업에서는 다음과 같은 내용을 중심으로 진행됩니다.

플로랄 폼(오아시스)의 올바른 컷팅 방법과 충분한 흡수 방식, 안정적인 고정 방법
테이블 플라워 디자인에 적합한 꽃과 소재를 고르는 기준
테이블 플라워를 제작할 때의 기본 순서 이해
(꽃을 먼저 꽂아야 할지, 잎 소재를 먼저 배치해야 할지에 대한 명확한 기준)
테이블 플라워의 기본 구조, 방향성, 전체 비율을 잡는 방법
초보자가 가장 많이 실수하는 부분과 이를 피하는 방법

수강생은 이 과정을 통해 처음부터 끝까지 스스로 테이블 플라워를 완성할 수 있는 기본 실력을 갖추게 되며, 깔끔하고 조화로운 기본형 테이블 플라워 작품을 완성하게 됩니다.

day 2 - Basic Table Centerpiece

The morning session focuses on building a solid foundation in table flower design,
making it especially suitable for beginners or for those who wish to strengthen their basic floral skills.

This class covers the following key topics:

Proper cutting, soaking, and securing techniques for floral foam (Oasis)
Criteria for selecting suitable flowers and materials for table arrangements
Understanding the correct order of arrangement
(whether to place flowers first or foliage first, with clear design logic)
Establishing the basic structure, direction, and overall proportions of table arrangements
Common mistakes made by beginners and practical ways to avoid them

Through this course, students will gain the fundamental skills needed to independently complete a table flower arrangement from start to finish, resulting in a clean, balanced, and well-finished basic table centerpiece.

進階桌花（桌上花藝）

上午的基礎課程結束後，下午課程將進一步帶領學員進入更高階的桌花設計，
目標是完成更豐富、完成度更高的作品。

本課程的重點包含：

如何為作品增加立體感、深度與視覺層次
在提升豐富度的同時，仍維持整體的和諧與平衡
運用色彩、線條流動與造型結構進行設計構圖
可直接應用於實際販售、活動佈置與空間陳列的
商業型桌花進階構圖方式

透過下午的進階課程，作品將從「完成基礎水準」提升至具備專業花藝師等級的完成度與實用性，讓學員能夠自信地將作品應用於外送訂單、活動裝飾與商業現場。

오전 기초 과정을 바탕으로, 오후에는 한 단계 더 발전된 테이블 플라워 디자인을 다룹니다.
보다 풍부하고 완성도 높은 작품을 만드는 것이 목표입니다.

the afternoon class focuses on advanced table flower design,
with the goal of creating richer, more refined, and highly finished works.

How to add dimension, depth, and visual layering to floral compositions
Techniques for enhancing fullness while maintaining overall harmony
Design construction using color balance, line flow, and form
Advanced composition methods for commercial table arrangements
suitable for retail orders, events, and space styling

Through this advanced afternoon session,
students will elevate their work beyond basic proficiency,
achieving professional-level quality and practicality.
The skills learned can be immediately applied to delivery orders,
event décor, and real-world commercial floral projects.
